
C.C.E.A. is a research unit within which academic staff and researchers from different departments of the University of Oradea are active, such as: Education, Sociology, Economic Sciences, Computer Science, Managerial and Technological Engineering, etc. The main area of study is focused on the analysis of activities, methods, strategies, and interventions that can contribute to the improvement of adult education.
Proposed Objectives propuse:
- Evaluation of Existing Adult Education Systems
- Analysis of the needs of Romanian society that can be satisfied through systems, forms, and modules of adult education
- Creation of new adult education modules that can contribute to the development of the educational system, the increase of employment in the labor market, and the reduction of unemployment
- Development and dissemination of new and innovative teaching-learning-assessment methods for adults
- Promotion of collaboration and partnership relations on projects related to adult education between the University of Oradea and similar universities, centers, institutions, and research units from the country and abroad.
Since its establishment, C.C.E.A. has been involved in various complementary activities carried out within the Faculty of Economic Sciences, including:
- Organization of the two editions of the Summer School in the field of Tourist Destination Management
- Management of different types of questionnaires and surveys conducted among students
- Management of activities related to the evaluation of teaching activity and study subjects within the Faculty of Economic Sciences, in accordance with the internal regulations in force.
- Participation in the writing of funding applications for research and development (R&D) projects applied for by the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Oradea.
- CCEA members have been involved in the accreditation and organization of several CNFPA-accredited training courses and in the activity of the Department of Continuing Education within the University of Oradea.
