Confirmation Calendar – Bachelor's Admission, September 2025 Session
The Faculty of Economic Sciences within the University of Oradea informs the candidates declared "ADMITTED" following the admission competition that the place confirmation stage will take place during the period: September 18–19, 2025.
Room F205, Building F, 1st floor (physical confirmation) between 09:00 and 16:00
Submission of appeals
Any appeals regarding the provisional admission results may be submitted in person (physically) on: September 17, 2025, between 09:00 and 15:00
Faculty Secretariat, room F203 (Building F, 1st floor)
Appeals must be obligatorily accompanied by the receipt proving payment of the appeal fee, valued at 200 RON.
Appeals submitted outside the mentioned interval or without proof of payment will not be taken into consideration.
Steps required to confirm enrollment:
- 1. Payment of the enrollment fee – 120 RON
The proof of payment can be submitted in person during the confirmation or sent online, according to the instructions. - Payment of the first installment of the tuition fee, for candidates admitted to the fee-paying form
Amount: 1300 RON (out of a total of 3900 RON/year)
A 5% discount on the annual fee is granted to candidates who pay this amount in full by October 15, 2025. - Completion and signing of the University Study Contract.
- Submission of the following original documents:
- o Academic transcript / Diploma Supplement
- o High school diploma
- o Medical certificate
- o Two ID-type photographs (mandatory for online applicants)
Candidates registered online have the obligation to submit all original documents at the time of place confirmation.

The schedule for the bachelor’s degree admission competition September 2025 Session::
- 4–12.09.2025 – Candidate registration
- 15.09.2025 – Posting of provisional results
- 17.09.2025, 9:00–15:00 – Submission of appeals (if applicable)
- 17.09.2025 – Resolution of appeals and re-posting of provisional results
18–19 September 2025 – Confirmation of seat acceptance by candidates declared “admitted” following the admission competition
22 September 2025 – Posting of final results, after candidates declared “admitted” have confirmed their seats (after the confirmation deadline)
Registration Procedure
Registrations can be done in person at the faculty headquarters, in room F205, from 9:00 to 16:00 (Monday–Friday) and on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00
or
online during 4–12 September 2025, 16:00, by uploading the documents , with candidates assuming responsibility, through signature, regarding the authenticity and correspondence between the digital/scanned documents and the originals.
Candidates who also apply for programs taught in English must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a relevant document with their application file: language proficiency certificate, high school certificate, or academic transcript – elimination criterion.
