Project Partners: University of Oradea, Faculty of Economic Sciences & The Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania (APPAR)The general objective of the project is to increase the participation rate of 251 students in work-based learning programs through internships within newly established or improved partnerships between the University of Oradea and potential employers, thus facilitating the entry into the labor market of a number of 251 de studenți prin the development of entrepreneurial competencies, socio-emotional skills, and by conducting an analysis in order to anticipate horizontal needs for the development of the educational offer.
The project aims to support the professional integration of 251 students through:
Development of entrepreneurial, socio-emotional, and technical competencies through specialized workshops.
the development and consolidation of sustainable partnerships with the business environment in the North-West region and the completion of specialized practical training by students, with the students being closely instructed by mentors designated within the partner organizations.
Dedicated labor market and economic research for adapting the educational offer to emerging trends in artificial intelligence, digitalization, and green competencies, in accordance with labor market requirements.
The final goal is to ensure the best possible integration of students into the labor market, specifically within their field of study.
