Confirmation Calendar – Bachelor's Admission, September 2025 Session

Facultatea de Științe Economice din cadrul Universității din Oradea aduce la cunoștința candidaților declarați „ADMIS” în urma concursului de admitere că etapa de confirmare a locurilor se va desfășura în perioada:  18– 19 septembrie 2025

 Room F205, Building F, 1st floor (physical confirmation) between 09:00 and 16:00

 Submission of appeals

Eventualele contestații asupra rezultatelor provizorii ale admiterii pot fi depuse fizic, în data de: 17 septembrie 2025, între orele 09:00 – 15:00

 Faculty Secretariat, room F203 (Building F, 1st floor)

Contestațiile vor fi însoțite obligatoriu de chitanța care atestă plata taxei de contestație, în valoare de 200 RON.

 Appeals submitted outside the mentioned interval or without proof of payment will not be taken into consideration.

 Steps required to confirm enrollment:

1. 1. Payment of the enrollment fee – 120 RON
    The proof of payment can be submitted in person during the confirmation or sent online, according to the instructions.
2. Payment of the first installment of the tuition fee, for candidates admitted to the fee-paying form
    Amount: 1300 RON (out of a total of 3900 RON/year)
    A 5% discount on the annual fee is granted to candidates who pay this amount in full by October 15, 2025.
3. Completion and signing of the University Study Contract.
4. Submission of the following original documents:
   • o Academic transcript / Diploma Supplement
   • o High school diploma
   • o Medical certificate
   • o Two ID-type photographs (mandatory for online applicants)

 Candidates registered online have the obligation to submit all original documents at the time of place confirmation.

• 15.09.2025 – Posting of provisional results
• 17.09.2025, 9:00–15:00 – Submission of appeals (if applicable)
• 17.09.2025 – Resolution of appeals and re-posting of provisional results

Registration Procedure

Registrations can be done in person at the faculty headquarters, in room F205, from 9:00 to 16:00 (Monday–Friday) and on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 

or

online during 4–12 September 2025, 16:00, by uploading the documents , with candidates assuming responsibility, through signature, regarding the authenticity and correspondence between the digital/scanned documents and the originals.

Candidates who also apply for programs taught in English must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a relevant document with their application file: language proficiency certificate, high school certificate, or academic transcript – elimination criterion.

The Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Oradea informs candidates declared ADMITTED “ADMITTED” that the enrollment confirmation stage will take place during:

Appeals must be accompanied obligatoriu by the receipt proving payment of the appeal feeof 200 RON.
