2025 Admission Methodology – Faculty of Economic Sciences

The Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation (UEFISCDI), together with the Ministry of Education, launched on 8 June 2022 the first Study in Romania mobile application.  Study in Romania.

The StudyinRomania mobile app is part of the mechanisms for promoting Romanian higher education under the StudyinRomania umbrella, alongside the improved StudyinRomania platform, promotional films, and the application platform for scholarships offered by the Romanian Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The mobile app targets both young people abroad (EU and non-EU countries) and Romanian youth aged 18–30 interested in studying in Romanian universities for a full study cycle or a single semester. The app is available for download on Android and iOS platforms. The app is interconnected with the StudyinRomania platform and provides information for potential students (those wishing to study in Romania) and current students in Romania, through two main menus: I Want to Study in Romania I am a Student in Romania I Want to Study in Romania (Vreau să studiez în România) și I am a Student in Romania (Sunt student în România).

The app includes information about Romania, key details about Romanian universities and university centers, educational offerings, admission process, scholarships, visas and residence permits, student rights and obligations, available student organizations, volunteer opportunities, and Erasmus+ program. Users can also set topics of interest to receive notifications. The app is available in English and Romanian, though some university details are currently available only in English, as content is taken from the StudyinRomania platform.
