- Payment of the first installment of the tuition fee for candidates admitted to the fee-paying form
– due amount: 1360 RON (out of a total of 4080 RON/year)
– a 5% discount is granted for candidates who pay the full annual tuition fee by October 15, 2025. - Signing of the University Study Contract.
Any appeals regarding the provisional admission results may be submitted in physical format on September 17, 2025, between 9:00 and 15:00, at the Secretariat of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, room F203 (Building F, 1st floor).
Attention:
Appeals must be obligatorily accompanied by the receipt proving payment of the appeal fee, valued at 200 RON.
Appeals submitted outside the mentioned interval or without proof of payment will not be taken into consideration.

The schedule for the bachelor’s degree admission competition September 2025 Session::
- 4–12.09.2025 – Candidate registration
- 15.09.2025 – Posting of provisional results
- 17.09.2025, 9:00–15:00 – Submission of appeals (if applicable)
- 17.09.2025 – Resolution of appeals and re-posting of provisional results
18–19 September 2025 – Confirmation of seat acceptance by candidates declared “admitted” following the admission competition
22 September 2025 – Posting of final results, after candidates declared “admitted” have confirmed their seats (after the confirmation deadline)
Registration Procedure
Registrations can be done in person at the faculty headquarters, in room F205, from 9:00 to 16:00 (Monday–Friday) and on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00
or
online during 4–12 September 2025, 16:00, by uploading the documents , with candidates assuming responsibility, through signature, regarding the authenticity and correspondence between the digital/scanned documents and the originals.
Candidates who also apply for programs taught in English must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a relevant document with their application file: language proficiency certificate, high school certificate, or academic transcript – elimination criterion.

MASTER’S ADMISSION – SEPTEMBER 2025 SESSION
The schedule for the master’s degree admission competition – September 2025 Session
- • 11–15.09.2025 – Candidate registration (at registration, each candidate must provide a valid personal e-mail address, which, if admitted, will be used throughout the studies for communication with the Faculty). Candidates applying for the English-taught Master’s program: Advanced Management (MA) must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a relevant document: a language proficiency certificate or proof of at least 1 year of English study during the bachelor’s cycle (supplement to diploma / transcript / school record) – elimination criterion.
- 16.09.2025 – Posting of provisional results
- 17.09.2025, 9:00–15:00 – Submission of appeals (if applicable) along with the receipt proving payment of the appeal fee (200 RON), Building F, 1st Floor, Secretariat, Room F203
- 17.09.2025 – Resolution of appeals and re-posting of provisional results. Appeals on appeals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
18–19 September 2025 – Confirmation of seat acceptance by candidates declared “admitted” following the admission competition
22 September 2025 – Posting of final results, after candidates declared “admitted” have confirmed their seats

2025 Admission Methodology – Faculty of Economic Sciences
The Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation (UEFISCDI), together with the Ministry of Education, launched on 8 June 2022 the first Study in Romania mobile application. Study in Romania.
The StudyinRomania mobile app is part of the mechanisms for promoting Romanian higher education under the StudyinRomania umbrella, alongside the improved StudyinRomania platform, promotional films, and the application platform for scholarships offered by the Romanian Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The mobile app targets both young people abroad (EU and non-EU countries) and Romanian youth aged 18–30 interested in studying in Romanian universities for a full study cycle or a single semester. The app is available for download on Android and iOS platforms.The app is interconnected with the StudyinRomania platform and provides information for potential students (those wishing to study in Romania) and current students in Romania, through two main menus: I Want to Study in Romania I am a Student in Romania I Want to Study in Romania (Vreau să studiez în România) și I am a Student in Romania (Sunt student în România).
The app includes information about Romania, key details about Romanian universities and university centers, educational offerings, admission process, scholarships, visas and residence permits, student rights and obligations, available student organizations, volunteer opportunities, and Erasmus+ program. Users can also set topics of interest to receive notifications. The app is available in English and Romanian, though some university details are currently available only in English, as content is taken from the StudyinRomania platform.
