1.1.Attributions and competences: analyzes and expresses a point of view/recommendation or gives
an advisory opinion, as the case may be (according to Article 11 of this Regulation), regarding:
a) the regulations proposed for this field
b) the study programs managed by the faculty, the updating of the existing ones and the initiation of other new study programs
