Recognizing that English functions as a versatile tool across a wide range of fields, the course covers essential elements unique to each sector, helping students navigate the complex and nuanced language demands of different industries.<\/p>\n\n<p>The programme addresses <strong>cultural diversity in the workplace<\/strong>, preparing students to communicate effectively in multilingual, multicultural environments. It includes in-depth exploration of topics like:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Introduction to Cultural Diversity in the Workplace<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Communication Barriers<\/strong> and overcoming them<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cultural Misunderstandings<\/strong> and how to address them<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Stereotypes and Prejudices<\/strong>, and ways to reduce their impact<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Adaptation and Flexibility<\/strong> in diverse environments<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Building Inclusive Teams<\/strong> that leverage diverse perspectives<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Leadership in a Culturally Diverse Environment<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Legal and Ethical Considerations<\/strong> in diverse workplaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aligned with the goals of the <strong>Eu-Green Alliance<\/strong>, the program encourages students to embrace <strong>sustainability and responsible communication practices<\/strong>, as well as the importance of diversity and inclusion as central elements for success in today\u2019s job market. The knowledge gained will empower students to build sustainable professional relationships, lead with empathy, and adapt to the unique challenges and opportunities presented by multicultural work environments.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Total number of participants by institution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The BlP is open to a minimum of 15 participants, maximum 20 participants.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Number of ECTS credits awarded at the end of the BIP<\/strong>: 6 ECTS<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Admission profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>All fields of study<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Conditions for Admission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the program is open to Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s students<\/li>\n\n<li>At the time of the application submission, the applicants must know English at minimum B2 level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Applicants should complete the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/pyvntB26cUbNeEmC6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>APPLICATION FORM<\/strong><\/a> <strong>until MAY 1st, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Deadline for application\u2013MAY 1st, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Selection procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>An appointed Committee of the organizer and co-organizer institution will carry out the selection procedure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Students and researchers should expect to hear back about the result of their application by May 5th 2025. Selected students must communicate their acceptance or withdrawal within 5 days from the publication of the selection results by contacting their university program coordinator. Selected students will be contacted with further instructions upon completion of the selection procedures.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Financial support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The attendance of the Blended Intensive Programme may be covered by an ERASMUS+ SMS Short Mobility Grant for all mobile students (excluding students from the hosting University). This financial support may only be guaranteed by the selected student\u2019s home University.
