European regions and companies must become simultaneously competitive, sustainable, and ethical. In this new context, economists, negotiators, and entrepreneurs are the architects of transformation \u2014 capable of understanding the interconnections between regional economy, international trade, global governance, and environmental change.<\/p>\n\n<p>The BIP \u201cGreen Dealmakers\u201d trains students to become leaders of the green transition, combining economic reasoning, behavioral analysis, international negotiation, and sustainable innovation. Through collaboration between universities in the EUGreen alliance, participants will learn how to negotiate, design, and implement sustainable economic partnerships at local, regional, and global levels \u2014 in the spirit of the European Green Deal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aim<\/p>\n\n<p>To develop students\u2019 competences to analyze, negotiate, and manage sustainable economic transactions in a globalized economy, using tools from European economics, international business, green economy, and behavioral economics.<\/p>\n\n<p>Learning Objectives<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explain the interaction between the green transition, economic competitiveness, and regional policies.<\/li>\n\n<li>Analyze how ESG strategies influence trade and international investments.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00a0Apply sustainable negotiation tools in intercultural and transnational contexts.<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00a0Design innovative and sustainable business models in local and European contexts.<\/li>\n\n<li>Develop a sustainable economic partnership proposal (Green Deal Simulation Project).<\/li>\n\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n<li>Target Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Undergraduate and master\u2019s students in: Economics, International Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, European Economy, Public Policy, Environmental Economics, and Regional Development Studies.<\/p>\n\n<p>General Structure (6 ECTS \/ 150 hours)<\/p>\n\n<p>Alignment with EUGreen Pillars<\/p>\n\n<p>Green Economy &amp; Sustainability \u2013 Applying green economy concepts and sustainable transactions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Digital &amp; Social Transition \u2013 Digital platforms for simulations and regional analysis.<\/p>\n\n<p>Inclusion &amp; Governance \u2013 Intercultural and ethical approach to economic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n<p>Resilience &amp; Ethics \u2013 Critical and ethical thinking in international trade.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tangible Results<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022 Green Dealmakers Toolkit \u2013 guide for sustainable negotiation and partnerships<br \/>\u2022 Joint EUGreen Certificate: Sustainable and Behavioral Negotiation Skills<br \/>\u2022 Comparative studies on green economy across European regions<br \/>\u2022 Digital OER materials and online simulations<\/p>\n\n<p>Impact<\/p>\n\n<p>The program supports the development of a new generation of economists and negotiators capable of combining strategic thinking with ethics and sustainability.
